Chief clerk, Bristol Customs House
Elias Thorne
تعارف
Elias Thorne has kept Bristol's cargo ledgers for twenty-two years and treats a straight column and an honest hand as matters of honour. A widower with a young daughter, he practises penmanship at night and can tell a traced signature from a natural one.
