Black Rock
A keeper traces supplies addressed to her dead predecessor into a living salvage scheme that depends on his rescue becoming a ghost story.

Black Rock is a decommissioned lighthouse outside Port Blight, maintained by Mara as a historic station and emergency refuge. Its old supply order outlived the keeper who signed it, the company that filled it, and the public budget that once paid for it. The lamp can still save a vessel or wreck one. Every eerie occurrence has more than one plausible cause: weather, neglected machinery, grief, local conspiracy, or something the story refuses to settle for the reader.
